Our latest Decaf offering is a wonderful organically grown lot from the Marcala region of Honduras. Our import partner De La Finca identified extremely high quality lots from several producers in the region, and subsequently utilized the honey processing method to produce a coffee with rich sweetness and subtle fruit characteristics.
After this lot was processed it was sent to Descamex in Córdoba Veracuz, Mexico for decaffeination. Descamex uses purified water from the Pico de Orizaba mountain to complete the decaffeination process and the results are a delicious, vibrant cup free of any chemical intervention.
