We are thrilled to welcome back Sholi to our shelves! This cooperative, which means "mutual assistance," is made up of a number of farms that work together to produce exquisite coffees and benefit their community in central Rwanda. We had the opportunity to visit this region during our travels to Rwanda in 2019, and the hospitality and commitment to excellence we witnessed left a lasting impression. This particular lot has us tasting notes of strawberry, banana, and butterscotch. Join us in celebrating their success while also enjoying a fantastic cup!

roasted with care
Here at Tinker Coffee, we never operate on autopilot in pursuit of a shortcut. Great coffee requires not only precise timing, but real-time human perception and the careful application of heat. There’s no secret formula or little-known trick. Just thoughtfully sourced beans, roasted with care. That’s how we produce a remarkably delicious and evocative coffee experience in every batch. Pretty simple, really.
