A few years ago, Finca El Paraiso pioneered a yeast-mediated biocatalysis technique in coffee processing. This experimental processing technique has resulted in coffees with dramatic fruit and floral flavor expressions, producing a singular coffee experience in the cup.
We blended two lots from El Paraiso with a beautiful washed coffee from Ethiopia in this release, and the result is a lychee, peach, and rose explosion that you won't forget any time soon.
